Cancellation

Once the order is dispatched, There is no cancellation Option available. If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order yet. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Instant refund will be credited to Wealthynutra Wallet on the same day. For Bank Transfer, you will receive refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.

Returns

At Wealthynutra, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality healthcare products. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy ensures a seamless process. Unopened and unused products can be returned within 7-10 days of receipt, with return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact our customer service within 7 days, providing photographic evidence when necessary. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, including any associated shipping costs. Please note that prescription medications, once dispensed, are non-returnable due to regulatory restrictions. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to resolving any concerns to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • NEFT – Time taken for the product to reach us plus 3 to 5 business days
  • Online Refund – Time taken for the product to reach us plus 7 to 10 business days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only exchange / replace items ONLY;

  • If they are defective or damaged.

Shipping

Anything shipped without the concern of our team will be not at all entertained and the shipment will be rejected at the first place.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
